胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足慢性溃疡的护理

Nursing Care of Tibia Transverse Bone Transfer for Treatment of Chronic Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的探讨糖尿病足慢性溃疡患者接受胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗期间的护理方法。方法选取该院2018年5月-2019年4月期间收治的72例糖尿病足慢性溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(综合护理干预)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者在护理后的患肢创面面积以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分相对更低,踝肱指数(ABI)相对较高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),创面愈合时间、住院时间相对更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足慢性溃疡患者接受胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗期间,实施综合、全面的护理干预,能够有效提高手术治疗效果。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcers during the treatment of transverse tibial bone removal.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcers admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing),and comparing the two groups of patients of the effect of care.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had relatively lower wound area and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)scores after nursing care,had relatively higher ankle brachial index the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),wound healing time,hospitalization time was relatively shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was relatively higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with chronic ulcer of diabetic foot undergoing the treatment of transverse tibial bone removal,comprehensive and comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of surgical treatment.
