摘要
采用溶剂提取法浸提石参中的多酚类化合物,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计对石参多酚的提取工艺条件进行优化.研究发现,乙醇体积分数和提取温度对石参多酚的提取具有显著性影响,石参多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶45(g/m L)、提取温度60℃、提取时间60 min,在此工艺条件下石参多酚含量高达12.48 mg/g.验证实验表明,正交试验法优化得到的提取工艺稳定可行,可作为石参多酚提取的一种有效手段.
The solvent extraction method was used to extract polyphenols from Uraria crinita.The process conditions for extracting polyphenol from Uraria crinita were optimized by the orthogonal design on the basic of single-factor experiment.It turned out that the ethanol volume fraction and extraction temperature had significant effects on the extraction of polyphenols.The optimum conditions for the extraction of polyphenol were as follows:volume fraction of ethanol was 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶45(g/m L),extraction temperature 60℃and extraction time 60 min.Under these conditions,the content of polyphenol from Uraria crinita was 12.48 mg/g.The optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable and could be an available assay for extracting polyphenol from Uraria crinita.
