概述了喷雾除尘技术在破碎机上的应用情况,介绍了其存在的问题;结合SSC70200破碎机应用现状,设计了基于二维模糊控制器的破碎机自适应喷雾除尘系统;仿真试验表明,破碎机自适应除尘系统可根据粉尘浓度自动调节喷雾量,达到了自适应除尘的效果。

The application of spray dedusting on crusher is summarized,the existing problems are introduced.Combined with the SSC70200 crusher,an adaptive spray and dust removal system of crusher based on two-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed.The simulation test shows that the adaptive dust removal system of the crusher can automatically adjust the spray quantity according to the dust concentration,and achieves the effect of adaptive dust removal.
