Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with critically ill diabetes who receive real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring. Methods 106 cases of critically ill diabetic patients who were treated from March 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into a control group(n=53)and an observation group(n=53)by a systematic randomization method, and all patients were wearing real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring system, providing routine nursing care for the control group and systematic nursing intervention for patients in the observation group.Compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of hypoglycemia, the number of failures, and the number of broken graphs in the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the blood glucose reaching the standard time was shorter than that of the control group. The differences in the real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events such as poor electrical signal transmission in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systemic nursing intervention for critically ill diabetic patients receiving real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring can help promote the smooth progress of the monitoring process and enable the treatment assistance to be fully exerted.
