集成式油位温度传感器工作原理探析及应用

摘要 以Honeywell GTCP331-500B型APU滑油指示系统为研究对象,重点阐述了系统关键部件之集成电容式油位计和RTD探测计的构造、工作原理,描述了开尔文四线检测法。将理论分析应用于民用航空器APU滑油指示系统的故障处理过程之中,给出了有效的解决方案,以期提升民用航空器APU维修效率和降低维修成本。 This paper takes GTCP331-500BAPU lubricating oil indicator system as the research object,and focuses on the structures and working principles of its key components—integrated capacitive oil level indicator&RTD detector.The Kelvin four-line detection method is described.The theoretical analysis is applied to the fault treatment process of civil aircraftAPU lubricating oil indication system,which results in effective solutions in improving maintenance efficiency and reducing the maintenance cost of civil aircraft.
