心电图网络诊断管理系统的开发及临床应用研究

Study on the Development and Clinical Application of the ECG Network Diagnosis Management System

目的探讨心电图网络诊断管理系统的开发及临床应用效果。方法在心电图网络诊断管理系统实施前后分别选取接受心电图检查的心血管疾病患者作为对照组(n=200)和观察组(n=200),比较两组的检查报告生成时间、就诊费用、住院时间、意外事件发生情况。结果观察组的检查报告生成时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,就诊费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的风险事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心电图网络诊断管理系统应用于心血管疾病的诊断中效果较好,可明显提升医院工作效率,缩短患者住院时间,减少意外事件。

Objective To explore the development and clinical application effect of the ECG network diagnosis management system.Methods Before and after the implementation of ECG network diagnosis management system,patients with cardiovascular diseases who received ECG examination were respectively selected as the control group(n=200)and the observation group(n=200).The time of examination report completion,medical expense,hospitalization time and occurrence of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results The time of examination report completion and the hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the medical expense was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The ECG network diagnosis management system applied in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases has good effect,which can obviously improve the working efficiency of hospital,shorten patients'hospitalization time,and reduce the risk events.
