探讨单切口可调节式尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理方法

To explore the nursing method of single incision adjustable middle urethral suspension in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence

目的:探析单切口可调节式尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理方法。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院采取单切口可调节式尿道中段悬吊术治疗的38例女性压力性尿失禁患者作为此次研究对象,38例患者均在全麻下接受单切口可调节式尿道中段悬吊术,同时给予患者优质的护理服务,观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量、不良反应发生情况以及治疗有效率。结果:患者平均手术时间为(17.93±3.81)min,平均术中出血量为(10.11±3.58)mL;1例患者在术后出现尿频尿急现象,通过给予患者酒石酸托特罗定进行口服,同时积极指导患者进行膀胱功能锻炼,该患者逐渐恢复正常排尿;治愈27例,改善11例,无效0例,其治疗有效率为100.0%。结论:在单切口可调节式尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁中,应用优质的护理服务,不仅能够有效提高治疗疗效,同时还能够减少不良反应发生情况,对患者的预后有着积极作用。

Objective:To explore the nursing methods of single incision adjustable middle urethral suspension in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:38 female patients with stress urinary incontinence treated by single-incision adjustable mid-urethral sling in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.All the 38 patients received single-incision adjustable mid-urethral sling under general anesthesia,and the patients were provided with high quality nursing services.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment were observed.Results:The average operative time was(17.93±3.81)min,and the average intraoperative blood loss was(10.11±3.58)mL.One patient presented the phenomenon of frequent and urgent urination after surgery.By giving oral tolterodine tartrate to the patient and actively instructing the patient to carry out bladder function exercise,the patient gradually returned to normal urination.27 cases were cured,11 cases were improved and 0 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusion:In the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence by single incision adjustable middle urethral suspension,the application of high-quality nursing service can not only effectively improve the therapeutic effect,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
