摘要
孔压静力触探(CPTU)探头在工作过程中的倾斜角度实时精确测量对土壤土力参数的准确测量具有重要意义。提出了一种利用ADXL345三轴加速度传感器测量探头倾斜角的方法,并利用卡尔曼滤波器(KF)对所测倾斜角度数据降噪处理。室内实验结果表明倾斜角的测量误差在0.3°以内,实际工程测试结果表明利用本方法所获得的倾斜角来修正测量深度后,平均深度测量偏差从2.7%减少到0.5%,有效地提升了测量的准确性。
The real-time measurement of the tilting angle of the CPTU corn in the working process is of great significance to the measurement of soil parameters.This paper proposes a method to measure the inclination of the corn using the ADXL345 triaxial acceleration sensor,and using Kalman filter(KF)to deal with high frequency noise.Laboratory experiment shows that the error of the measured tilting angle is within 0.3°.And in actual engineering tests,after using the tilting angle to compensate the depth,the average depth deviation of the method can be reduced from 2.7%to 0.5%,which shows that this method can effectively improves the accuracy of the measurement.
