摘要
我国教师教育学院的生成名义上是加强教师教育,实质是高等教育大众化背景下的师范院校实现综合转型后,教师教育从学校举办不得不降格为学院举办的无奈选择。现有教师教育学院主要有专业学院型和管理机构型两种,但每类又有不同的亚型,结构和功能异常复杂。教师教育是技艺之学还是高深学问,以及学科教学法教师、各级各专业教师教育学生的归属成为学院组织设计的焦点。成立或变革教师教育学院不能简单地迎合综合化趋势,而需深入思考如何促进教学法教师专业发展,提高教师教育学生培养质量以及如何提高管理效率等问题,兼顾学校办学实际谨慎决策。
The formation of teacher education colleges resulted from not only the pursuit of strengthening teacher education nominally,but also the comprehensive transformation of normal colleges under the background of the popularization of higher education,"School hold teacher education"had to be downgraded to"College hold teacher education".The existing teacher education colleges mainly have two types:professional colleges and management institutions.But there are different subtypes in each type.Their structure and function are extremely complex.Is teacher education only a"skill"to provide management services or a subject worthy of deep exploring?How do subject teaching method teachers and normal school students at all levels belong?These questions became the focus of the organizational design of the teacher education college.The establishment or transformation of a teacher education college can not simply cater to the trend of integration.We should aim at promoting the professional development of pedagogy teachers,the development of student quality and the improvement of management efficiency.The taking into account the actual situation of the school makes cautious decisions.
