钻进坚硬致密岩层的金刚石钻头试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 文章对坚硬致密岩石的特点进行分析,研究了钻进这类岩石难的原因;在此基础上从金刚石钻头的结构、钻头性能及胎体材料、金刚石参数等方面进行了全面而深入的研究分析,提出压力-磨损因子概念,提出钻头主辅工作层复合结构设计,并研制了两个复合型试验钻头,在野外钻探生产中进行了实钻与测试,并与试验机台使用的其他厂家的普通金刚石钻头进行了对比。试验结果表明,本试验钻头比普通结构钻头的平均时效提高了0.30m,平均寿命提高了10.75m;试验研究表明,该试验钻头设计思路正确,为进一步提高钻进坚硬致密岩石钻头的开发研究提供了有益的经验。 Characteristics of hard and compact rocks were analyzed to find out its main drilling challenges.Then,a pressure-wear factor and a compound bit structure composed of primary and ancillary work layers were proposed based on comprehensive and in-deep studies on diamond bit's structure,performance,matrix materials,and diamond parameters.According to the concept of pressure-wear factor,two compound diamond bits were designed and fabricated to carry out fielding drilling test,and compare with other bits which were applied under the same conditions.Test results indicate that the average ROP(rate of penetration)and service life of the compound bits were increased by 0.30m/h and 10.75m respectively.Consequently,the new concept of pressure-wear factor for diamond bit improvement is correct,and useful to propel the development of diamond bit for hard and compact rock drilling.
