摘要
本文针对地下水监测网运行维护规范(DZ/T 0307-2017)中的半挥发性有机物,建立了一种液/液萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法,可同时测定28种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs),涵盖规范中除多氯联苯外全部的27个SVOCs。方法采用二氯甲烷萃取,SIM模式经气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对样品进行测定,内标法定量,可实现28种半挥发性有机物的定性和定量分析。在0.05~2.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内,相关系数均大于0.999,线性响应良好。对吉林省内三个地区送检的地下水样品进行了测定,结果表明长春、四平、通化的地下水基本未受到28种SVOCs的污染。该方法投入少,简便且回收率、检出限、精密度、准确度均满足我国现行标准的要求,为相关检测工作提供了技术参考。
Aiming at the semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in the operation and maintenance specification for groundwater monitoring network(DZ/T 0307-2017),a liquid/liquid extraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry method was established,which can simultaneously determine 28 kinds of semi volatile organic compounds(SVOCs),covering all 27 SVOCs except PCBs.Using dichloromethane extraction method,analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in SIM mode,and quantified by internal standard method.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 28 semi-volatile organic compounds could be achieved.Between 0.05~2.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 and the linear response was good.The groundwater samples from three areas in Jilin Province were determined.The results showed that the groundwater samples from Changchun,Siping and Tonghua were not polluted by 28 kinds of SVOCs.The method was simple and convenient,and the recovery rate,detection limit,precision and accuracy all met the requirements of current standards in China.It provides technical reference for the relevant testing work.
