摘要
天然气净化厂污水处理装置中鼓风机常作为曝气的关键设备,其可靠性直接影响污水处理装置的运行。大多天然气净化厂该类风机选用罗茨鼓风机,但在运行后期,往往出现故障率攀升、可靠性差且噪声超标等问题。通过综合对比罗茨鼓风机和旋涡气泵各自的优、劣势,认为旋涡气泵结构简单,维护工作量小,运行平稳且噪声小,是该工况下替代罗茨鼓风机的理想设备。
In wastewater treatment unit in natural gas plant,blower often is served for aeration purpose as the key equipment,whose reliability can directly influence the operation of the wastewater treatment unit.Roots blower is selected in most of the natural gas plants for this service.However,such type is often found with various problems in its later service life,such as escalating failure rate,reduced reliability and huge noise,etc.In this article,by comparing Roots blowers with vortex air pumps from pros and cons,vortex air pumps is considered to have relatively less complicated structure,lower maintenance demands,more stable and less noise in operation.Thus it is believed that vortex air pump is the ideal replacement of Roots blower in the same service and condition.
