摘要
简要叙述了橡胶热氧老化研究的发展历程及老化机理,着重基于时间-温度叠加原理总结了WLF方程和Arrhenius方程的应用方式,并介绍了几种构造主曲线的平移因子数值算法,指出了学科交叉背景下的人工神经网络、蒙特卡罗法、灰色系统等方法在橡胶老化性能预测领域的应用趋势。
The development process and aging mechanism of thermal-oxidative aging of rubber were briefly described.Based on time-temperature superposition principle,the application of WLF equation and Arrhenius equation were summarized,and several numerical algorithms of shift factor for constructing master curves were introduced.The application trend of artificial neural network,Monte carlo method and grey system in field of rubber aging performance prediction under background of interdisciplinary was pointed out.
