摘要
关于中国艺术的生命精神,研究者们已多有关注与探讨,但对于与此密切相关的中国艺术对生命的尊养之功,却少有系统的论述。其实,中国文化传统中一直有以艺术来养护生命的思想观念与生活理念,即“游艺尊生”的价值观。先秦儒道二家在道的本体层面思考艺术与宇宙自然、人类生命的同根共生,其论说构成了“游艺尊生”的思想渊源。两汉魏晋以后,随着文士们对自我生命体验的关注,他们越来越重视现实生活中身心状态的自得自足,类似表述构成了“游艺尊生”的主要话语。及至明代,随着参与养生的文人群体的扩大与养生需求的增加,高濂完成了把艺术物事融入养生专书的创举,标志着“游艺尊生”思想及内容建构的明确成型。
The spirit of life has been widely discussed.However,there is little systematic discussion about the healthcare function of Chinese art to life.In fact,it has long been held by Chinese traditional culture that art can contribute to healthcare.In the pre-Qin period,Confucianism and Taoism thought about art,universe and human life at the ontological level of Tao,and their remarks constituted the ideological origin of health preservation by art.Since Han and Wei-Jin dynasties,as literati started to notice their own life experience,they paid more attention to the complacency of their physical and mental state in real life,and similar expressions constituted the main discourse that art could be conducive to health preservation.In the late Ming Dynasty,with the expansion of the literati group involving in healthcare and the increase of their demand for health preservation,Gao Lian completed the innovation to compile art activities into healthcare monographs.This indicated that the thought and construction of health preservation through art had formally come into the shape.
