SBAR沟通模式用于新生儿重症监护病房标准化护理床头交接班价值评价

Effect of SBAR Communication Mode in Bedside Shift of Standardized Nursing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的:探索SBAR沟通模式在新生儿重症监护病房标准化护理床头交接班的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年6月本院重症监护病房患儿72例为对照组,实施传统的床头交接班方式;2020年7-12月重症监护病房患儿72例为观察组,实施SBAR沟通模式的标准化交接班方式。对两组交接后护理人员对新生儿的了解情况、交接时间、护理风险以及满意度进行比较。结果:观察组护理人员对新生儿的了解程度更深入,出现的护理风险较低,且交接时间也明显缩短,满意度明显提高。结论:SBAR沟通模式用于新生儿重症监护病房标准化护理床头交接班有助于更好地了解新生儿信息,提高护理质量、护理效率,临床价值明显。

Objective:To explore the effect of SBAR communication mode in neonatal intensive care unit standardized nursing bedside shift.Methods:Seventy-two children in ICU from December 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the control group,and the traditional bedside shift mode was implemented;72 children in ICU from July to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and the standardized shift mode of SBAR communication mode was implemented.After the handover,the nurses’understanding of the newborn,handover time,nursing risk and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nurses in the observation group had a deeper understanding of the newborn,lower nursing risk,shorter handover time and higher satisfaction.Conclusion:SBAR communication mode for neonatal intensive care unit standardized nursing bedside shift is helpful to better understand the neonatal information,improve the quality of care and nursing efficiency,showing obvious clinical value.
