摘要
目的探讨鼻腔冲洗护理在行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月至2020年4月医院收治的61例鼻窦炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(30例)。两组均接受功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗,对照组术后接受常规护理干预,观察组术后接受鼻腔冲洗护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后鼻腔黏膜愈合总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后鼻黏膜病变发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的32.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前、术后1个月,两组鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2、3个月,观察组鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率分别为(6.78±0.82)、(7.05±0.86)mm/min,均高于对照组的(5.76±0.81)、(6.52±0.81)mm/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔冲洗护理在行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者术后护理中的应用效果显著,可促进术后病变处愈合,减少鼻黏膜病变发生,加快鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率。
Objective The application effects of nasal irrigation nursing in patients received functional endoscopic sinus surgery were explored.Methods 61 patients with sinusitis received in the hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were involved in this study and they were randomly divided into a control group(31 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).All the patients were treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery.After operation,the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received nasal irrigation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nasal mucosa healing of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(67.74%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of nasal mucosal lesions of the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(32.26%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);When the ciliary transmission rate of nasal mucosa of the two groups were compared before and 1 month after the operation were carried out,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);2 and 3 months after the operation,the ciliary transmission rate of nasal mucosa of the observation group were(6.78±0.82),(7.05±0.86)mm/min respectively,which were both higher than those of the control group,which were(5.76±0.81),(6.52±0.81)mm/min,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effects of nasal irrigation nursing in patients received functional endoscopic sinus surgery were obvious,with the healing of postoperative lesions promoted,the occurrence of nasal mucosal lesions reduced and the ciliary transmission rate of nasal mucosa accelerated.
