摘要
现如今的钢铁消费市场需要的是低杂质,高性能的产品。而硫在钢铁中作为一种有害杂质是造成钢铁脆性的重要原因,它使钢铁铸坯产生裂纹,影响钢铁的机械性能,而且还对钢铁的热加工性能、抗腐蚀性能、焊接性能、力学性能都有很大的影响。所以铁水预处理脱硫是生产高质量钢铁最经济的工艺,其中颗粒镁脱硫工艺具有脱硫效果好、脱硫剂消耗量少、脱硫渣量少、铁损耗少、设备投资低等优点而得到广泛应用。为了了解颗粒镁脱硫工艺发展状况,本文总结了近年来颗粒镁对铁水脱硫原理、影响因素和复合喷吹颗粒镁工艺装置及现状,又对此工艺进行了改进探讨研究。
Today's steel consumption market needs low impurity,high performance products.Sulfur,as a kind of harmful impurity in steel,is the major cause of the brittleness of steel.It causes cracks in steel billet,affects the mechanical properties of steel,and also has a great impact on the thermal processing properties,corrosion resistance,welding properties and mechanical properties of steel.Therefore,hot metal pretreatment desulphurization is the most economical process to produce high quality iron and steel,and the desulphurization process of granular magnesium desulphurization has the advantages of good desulphurization effect,less desulfurization agent consumption,less desulfurization slag,less iron loss,less equipment investment and so on,and is widely used.
