木犀草素分子印迹固相萃取柱的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以木犀草素为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(α-methyl acrylic acid,MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,EGDMA)为交联剂,通过沉淀聚合法制备木犀草素分子印迹聚合物;并以其为固相萃取柱填料,制备木犀草素分子印迹固相萃取柱,确定该固相萃取柱的最佳吸附条件;用此固相萃取柱对花生壳粗提物中的木犀草素进行分离纯化。结果表明,该固相萃取柱对木犀草素表现出较好的特异性吸附效果,可分离纯化出相对纯度为94.18%的木犀草素。 Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) specific for luteolin were prepared via a precipitation polymerization process that utilized luteolin,α-methyl acrylic acid(MAA),and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as template molecules,functional monomers,and crosslinking agents,respectively. The molecularly imprinted polymers were chosen as packing material for a solid-phase extraction column. The optimal adsorption conditions for this solid-phase extraction column were determined by using the prepared column to separate and purify luteolin from crude peanut shell extracts. Results showed that the solid-phase column specifically adsorbed luteolin and separated it to a relative purity of 94.18%.
