深圳地区社区空巢老人述情障碍的研究现状

分析深圳地区社区空巢老人述情障碍研究现状,为解决社区空巢老人述情障碍相关问题提供参考依据,讨论总结述情障碍现有的研究不足以及应对方法。随着人口老龄化的发展,深圳市社区空巢老人日益增多,受社区卫生服务机构不完善、传统思想的限制以及自身疾病的影响,深圳市社区空巢老人普遍处于低述情障碍水平,不利于老年人的身心健康。重视对社区空巢老人述情障碍的研究,完善社区医疗卫生体系、丰富社区对空巢老人的服务内容和培养社区护理人才对改善空巢老人述情障碍,提高其生活质量有积极作用。

This paper analyzes the status quo of research on alexithymia of the empty-nest elderly in the community in Shenzhen,and provides a reference for solving the problems related to alexithymia of the empty-nest elderly in the community.Taking communities in Shenzhen as an example,this paper analyzes the current status of the research on alexithymia of empty-nest elderly in the community,discusses and summarizes the existing research deficiencies and coping methods of alexithymia.With the development of population aging,the number of empty-nest elderly in Shenzhen communities is increasing.Due to the imperfect community health service institutions,the limitation of traditional thinking,and their own diseases,the empty-nest elderly in Shenzhen communities are generally at a low alexithymia level,which is conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly.Paying attention to the research on the alexithymia of the empty-nest elderly in the community,improving the community medical and health system,enriching the service content of the community for the empty-nest elderly,and cultivating community nursing talents have a positive effect on improving the alexithymia of the empty-nest elderly and improving their quality of life.
