摘要
目的:观察护患沟通技巧在基层医院妇科护理中的效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年11月基层医院妇科患者49例,按照护理沟通模式不同分为两组。A组应用护患沟通技巧;B组进行常规护理。比较两组护理质量及满意度。结果:A组护理质量各项评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者护理满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科护理中运用护患沟通技巧,可提升护理质量,优化妇科护理成效,降低护患纠纷发生率及患者投诉率,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of nurse-patient communication skills in gynecological nursing in grass-roots hospitals.Methods:From July 2019 to November 2020,49 cases of gynecological patients in primary hospitals were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different nursing communication modes.Group A applied nurse-patient communication skills.Group B performed routine nursing.The nursing quality and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:All scores of nursing quality in group A were higher than group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using nurse-patient communication skills of gynecological nursing can not only improve nursing quality,optimize gynecological nursing effect,but also reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and patients'complaint,and improve patients'satisfaction.
