冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后出院准备度影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of Readiness for Hospital Discharge in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后影响出院准备度的相关因素。方法选取2019年3月至2020年12月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的102例接受PCI术治疗的CHD患者作为研究对象,进行出院准备度量表(RHDS)评分现况调查,统计调查结果,通过单因素、多元线性回归对结果进行分析,明确影响CHD患者PCI术后RHDS评分的相关因素。结果CHD患者PCI术后RHDS评分为(93.26±8.59)分,处于中等水平;CHD患者PCI术后RHDS评分与性别、年龄、民族、体质量指数、CHD病程、费用支付形式无关(P>0.05),婚配情况为有配偶、受教育程度为大专及以上、家庭月收入>5000元、居住地为城镇、存在CHD家族史患者的RHDS评分较高(P<0.05);婚配情况、家庭月收入、受教育程度、居住地、CHD家族史为影响CHD患者PCI术后RHDS评分的因素(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者PCI术后RHDS评分整体处于中等水平,相关影响因素较多,临床需采取相应措施提高患者出院准备度。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 102 CHD patients who underwent PCI in Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The scores of readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS)was investigated.The results were analyzed by univariate and multiple linear regression,the influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge in CHD patients after PCI were identified.Results The RHDS scores of CHD patients after PCI was(93.26±8.59),and the overall score was at a moderate level.Gender,age,ethnicity,body mass index,CHD course and payment form were not related to RHDS scores of CHD patients after PCI(P>0.05).Matching status,monthly family income,education background,residence and family history of CHD were the influencing factors of RHDS score after PCI in CHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall RHDS score of CHD patients after PCI is at a moderate level,and there are many influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the readiness for hospital discharge of patients.
