摘要
采空区积水突水严重威胁矿井的采掘安全。207工作面与205采空区间阶段煤柱仅20 m,窄阶段煤柱加大了采空区积水的探放难度。在207工作面回风巷掘进期间,对相邻205采空区水采取超前探放疏水;回采期间,在207回风巷敷设引水管路,将205采空区水引至207辅运巷外排,保证了确保207工作面的安全采掘。结果表明,巷道掘进施工顺序优化与掘进面超前探放相结合的措施,累计疏放采空区积水260万m^(3),保证了207工作面安全掘进与回采。研究成果可为沿空掘巷或窄煤柱采空区积水高效探放提供有益借鉴。
Goaf water inrush seriously threatens the safety of mining.207 working face and 205 goaf interval stage coal pillar is only 20 m,narrow stage coal pillar increases the difficulty of goaf water exploration and drainage.During the driving of air return roadway in 207 working face,the water in the adjacent 205 goaf is drained by advanced exploration.During the mining period,the water diversion pipeline is laid in 207 return air roadway to lead the water from 205 goaf to 207 auxiliary transportation roadway for drainage,which ensures the safe mining of 207 working face.The results show that the combined measures of optimization of tunnel excavation construction sequence and advanced exploration and drainage of heading face can release 2.6 million m^(3) of accumulated water in goaf,and ensure the safe excavation and mining of 207 working face.The research results can provide a useful reference for gob side entry driving or gob water exploration and drainage with narrow coal pillar.
