摘要
药用植物学是中药学、中药资源与开发和中草药栽培与鉴定专业的专业基础课,具有很强的理论性、实践性和应用性。药用植物学的学习需要理论和实践课程相结合,从而达到最佳学习效果。文章从教辅人员即实验技术人员的角度,介绍了药用植物学实验技术人员通过多种辅助教学手段,给予学生较多外来帮助和支持,提高学生的自我效能感水平,从而激发学生内在学习动机,最终使学生获得较好学习成绩,为学生学习后续相关课程打下坚实基础。
Medicinal botany is highly theoretical and practical, and it is a professional basic course in three specialties of Science of Chinese Pharmacology, Chinese Materia Medica Resources and Development, and Chinese Medicinal Herb Cultivation and Verification. It is necessary to combine theory with practice in the course of medicinal botany to achieve the best learning effect. This paper introduces how the teaching auxiliary staff, also known as experimental technicians, provided students with much help and support through a variety of auxiliary teaching methods to improve students’ self-efficacy level and learning motivation, and consequently the students performed better, which laid a solid foundation for their future study in follow-up related courses.
