摘要 为改变冷光源缺乏深红及近红外光的现状,研究用直流白炽灯为白光LED光源补充连续的深红及近红外光。首先,通过实验测量常见灯具及显示器的光谱,并与白炽灯光谱进行比较;然后,综合比较用红外LED、红外荧光粉、白炽灯补充深红及近红外光的优缺点;最后,用白光LED+2500 K白炽灯光谱模拟3100~3400 K的黑体辐射光谱,并验证了白炽灯对白光LED光源光品质的改善能力。结果表明:本文条件下,2500 K白炽灯预期寿命达78000 h;其深红及近红外光(750~1400 nm)的电光转换效率为40.0%,比红外荧光粉高出12.8%;且其能很好地改善白光LED光源的光品质。 In order to change the situation that cold light source lacks deep red and near infrared light,the continuous deep red and near infrared light are supplemented by DC incandescent lamp for white LED light source.Firstly,the spectra of common lamps and displays were measured experimentally and compared with those of incandescent lamps.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of using infrared LED,infrared phosphor,incandescent lamp to supplement deep red and near infrared light are compared comprehensively.Finally,the black body radiation spectrum of 3100~3400 K was simulated by using white LED+2500 K incandescent lamp spectrum,which verified the ability of incandescent lamp to improve the light quality of white LED source.The results show that the life expectancy of 2500 K incandescent lamp is 78000 h.The electro-optic conversion efficiency of its deep red and near infrared light(750~1400 nm)is 40.0%,which is 12.8%higher than that of infrared phosphor.And it can improve the light quality of white LED light source.
