前正中联合外侧入路手术对肘关节恐怖三联征患者的疗效

Effect of Anterior Median Combined with Lateral Approach Surgery in Patients with Terrible Triad of Elbow Joint

目的探讨前正中联合外侧入路手术对肘关节恐怖三联征患者的疗效。方法回顾性收集2018年1月至2020年12月于邓州市人民医院接受前正中联合外侧入路手术治疗的31例肘关节恐怖三联征患者临床资料,将其纳入观察组;另取同期于邓州市人民医院接受外侧入路手术治疗的31例肘关节恐怖三联征患者临床资料,将其纳入对照组。对比两组手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间,观察两组手术前、术后3个月肘关节功能,并统计术后两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间[(136.82±19.65)min]、住院时间[(8.34±1.15)d]及骨折愈合时间[(11.29±2.43)周]均短于对照组[(105.94±14.37)min、(10.47±1.82)d、(13.84±2.76)周],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组肘关节功能评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前正中联合外侧入路手术治疗肘关节恐怖三联征患者,可缩短手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间,促进患者肘关节功能恢复,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of anterior median combined with lateral approach surgery in patients with terrible triad of elbow joint.Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with terrible triad of elbow joint who underwent anterior median combined with lateral approach surgery in Dengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected and included in the observation group.The clinical data of 31 patients with terrible triad of elbow who received lateral approach surgery in Dengzhou People’s Hospital during the same period were collected and included in the control group.The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Elbow function between the two groups was observed before and 3 months after operation.The occurrence of postoperative complications in the two groups was counted.Results The operation time[(136.82±19.65)min],hospitalization time[(8.34±1.15)d]and fracture healing time[(11.29±2.43)weeks]of the observation group were shorter than the control group[(105.94±14.37)min,(10.47±1.82)d,(13.84±2.76)weeks](P<0.05).The elbow function scores of both groups were higher than those before operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Anterior median combined with lateral approach surgery in the treatment of patients with terrible triad of elbow joint can shorten the operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time,promote the functional recovery of elbow joint of patients,and has high safety.
