摘要
为了解盐度和石油污染对黄河三角洲滨海湿地盐地碱蓬种子萌发的影响,本研究模拟不同程度的盐度和石油污染处理下盐地碱蓬种子萌发,分析了其萌发特征变化规律。结果显示:石油污染和盐度对盐地碱蓬种子的萌发率、发芽指数均有显著的抑制作用,延迟了盐地碱蓬种子的萌发,降低了萌发整齐度;两者共同胁迫的抑制作用显著高于单一胁迫。
In order to understand the effects of salinity and oil pollution on the seed germination of Suaeda salsa in the coastal wetland of the Yellow River Delta,this study simulated the seed germination of S.salsa under different degrees of salinity and oil pollution,and analyzed the variation of its germination characteristics.The results showed that oil pollution and salinity significantly inhibited the germination rate and germination index,delayed the germination and reduced the germination uniformity of Suaeda salsa seeds;the inhibitory co-effect of the combined stress of the two factors was significantly higher than that of one single factor.
