摘要
无刷直流电机调速系统中,通常采用的比例积分控制器使电机调速面临着转速的超调量过大或振荡问题。设计一种改进型速度控制器,将常规转速控制器中的比例器设置在转速反馈通道中,构成改进型速度控制器(IP控制器),消除了传统PI控制器速度超调现象。结果表明,该改进型控制器可通过控制器的参数合理设计实现电机转速快速响应和稳态误差控制,达到良好的调速性能,具有简单易于工程化应用的优点。
In the speed control system of the brushless DC motor, the proportional integral controller is usually used, but it makes the motor speed control face the overshoot or the problem of oscillation. An improved speed controller is designed. The proportional controller in the conventional speed controller is set in the speed feedback channel to form an improved speed controller(IP controller), which eliminates the speed overshoot of the traditional PI controller. The results show that the improved controller can realize the fast response and steady-state error control of motor speed through the reasonable design of controller parameters, achieve good speed regulation performance, and has the advantages of simple and easy engineering application.
