摘要
针对变弯度机翼柔性后缘结构的大变形问题,从几何非线性角度,开展变弯度机翼主要变形结构鱼骨形柔性肋的大变形分析研究。建立基于几何非线性的链式梁约束模型的鱼骨结构大变形理论模型并计算变形,与有限元仿真及试验结果对比参考。结果误差证明链式梁比线性理论方法精度更高的反映结构的变形情况。运用链式梁约束模型对鱼骨结构的非线性特性对结构产生的影响进行了分析,大变形时,位移对载荷的变化响应较大,结构稳定性与可控性较弱,所以结构设计功能变形应少占用非线性大变形区域。基于结构非线性特性的影响、轻量化及驱动载荷范围,对柔性鱼骨结构的中心板厚度的尺寸设计提出更为合理的设计方法。
Aiming at the large deformation problem of the flexible trailing edge structure of the variable camber wing,we carried out the large deformation analysis of the fishbone-shaped flexible rib of the main deformation structure of the variable camber wing from the perspective of geometric nonlinearity.The large deformation theoretical model of the fishbone structure was established based on the geometrically nonlinear chain beam restraint model,and the deformation was calculated and compared with the finite element simulation and test results.The result error proved that the chain beam could reflect the deformation of the structure more accurately than the linear theory method.The chain beam restraint model was used to analyze the influence of the non-linear characteristics of the fishbone structure on the structure.When the deformation is large,the response of the displacement to the load change is relatively large,and the stability and controllability of the structure are weak,so the structure design of the functional deformation should occupy as less non-linear large deformation area as possible.Based on the structural non-linear characteristics,the light weight and the driving load range,a more reasonable design method has been proposed for the size design of the center plate of the flexible fishbone structure.
