阿加曲班联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果观察

Effect of agatraban combined with monosialotetrahexosylganlioside sodium for injection on acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨阿加曲班联合注射用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年9月至2020年9月收治100例AIS患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。两组均给予常规对症支持治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予阿加曲班治疗,观察组给予阿加曲班+注射用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗7 d后、治疗10 d后神经功能(NIHSS评分)改善情况及治疗前、治疗10 d后血清脑损伤标志物[S100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平。结果治疗7、10 d后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,两组血清S100β蛋白、NSE水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合注射用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗AIS效果显著,可有效改善患者神经功能,作用机制可能与下调血清S100β蛋白、NSE表达相关。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of argatroban combined with Monosialotetrahexosylganlioside sodiumin for injection on the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 100 AIS patients admitted to from September 2019 to September 2020 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,on this basis,the control group was given agartraban treatment,the observation group was given agartraban+monosialotetrahexosylganlioside sodium for injection treatment.The improvement of NIHSS score before treatment,7 days after treatment and 10 days after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the brain injury markers in serum before and after 10 days[S100 β Protein,neuron specific enolase(NSE)]levels.Results After 7 days and 10 days of treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of S100 β protein and NSE in both groups after 10 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Agatriban combined with monosialotetrahexosylganlioside sodium for injection has significant effect in the treatment of AIS and can effectively improve the neurological function of patients,which may be related to the down-regulation of serum S100β protein and NSE expression.
