房建施工项目安全管理与控制浅析

Brief Analysis on Safety Management and Control of Housing Construction Project

在经济发展和城市化不断深化下,房建工程施工具有机械设备较大的特点,并且现场需要高空作业和一些现场密集的作业,这使房建施工安全成为建筑项目关注的重点。但是很多房建项目受成本和工期的影响,导致实际的项目安全管理会出现一些问题,难以实现成本、工期和质量的有效协调。本文分析了房建施工项目安全管理存在的问题,并提出了加强对项目安全管控的措施。

With the continuously deepening economic development and urbanization,housing construction requires large mechanical equipment,high-altitude on-site operations and some on-site intensive operations,thus housing construction safety becomes the focus of construction projects.However,many housing construction projects are affected by cost and construction period,leading to some problems in actual project safety management,and hindering effective coordination of cost,construction period and quality.This article analyzes the existing problems in the safety management of housing construction projects,and proposes measures to strengthen the safety management of the project.
