A Digital Preservation Capacity Maturity Evaluation Framework Based on CMM

[目的/意义]参考成熟度模型以及长期保存能力成熟度模型的相关应用,设计基于成熟度模型的数字资源长期保存能力评价框架,为国内长期保存服务机构的建设和发展提供参考。[方法/过程]通过详细分析成熟度模型的概念、原理和应用,参考相关长期保存能力成熟度模型的方法和过程,将成熟度模型与相关保存标准相结合,设计完成用于长期保存服务评价的能力成熟度评价框架。[结果/结论]初步完成符合我国实践需求的长期保存服务能力成熟度模型及评价框架的设计,为国内长期保存服务机构的建设和发展提供参考。

[Purpose/significance]Concerning the maturity model and related applications of the long-term preservation capability maturity model,we design a long-term preservation capability evaluation framework for digital resources based on the maturity model to provide a reference for the construction and development of domestic long-term preservation service institutions.[Method/process]Design a capability maturity assessment framework for long-term preservation service assessment with detailed analysis of the concept,principle,and application of the maturity model,referring to the methods and processes of the relevant long-term preservation capability maturity model,and combining the maturity model with relevant preservation standards.[Result/conclusion]We complete the preliminary design of the digital preservation service maturity evaluation framework that meets the practical needs in China.We wish it a reference for institutions constructing and developing digital preservation services in our country.
