摘要 目的:测定水蓼叶和茎中镁,铁,钠,钙,锰等微量元素含量,为水蓼叶和茎的综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用湿法消解水蓼叶和茎,并用原子吸收分光光度法测定水蓼叶和茎中镁,铁,钠,钙,锰等微量元素的含量。结果:水蓼叶中钙含量最高,水蓼茎中镁含量最高。水蓼叶和茎微量元素的标准曲线线性关系良好。结论:该方法简单,精密度好,加标回收率较高,结果准确可信。 Objective:To determine the content of magnesium,iron,sodium,calcium,manganese and other trace elements in the leaves and stems of Polygonum hydropiper L.,and provide scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Polygonum hydropiper L.leaves and stems.Methods:The method of wetdigestion was used to digest the leaves and stems of Polygonum hydropiper L.,and the content of magnesium,iron,sodium,calcium,manganese and other trace elements in the leaves and stems of Polygonum hydropiper L.was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:Polygonum hydropiper L.leaves had the highest calcium content,Polygonum hydropiper L.stem had the highest magnesium content.The standard curve of trace elements in Polygonum hydropiper L.leaves and stem has a good linear relationship.Conclusion:The method is simple,the experimental precision and the recovery rate of standard addition are high,and the results are accurate and credible.
