摘要
目的探讨藏药柳茶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离,用制备型薄层色谱和制备型高效液相色谱对柳茶的乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从柳茶中分离得到11个化合物,分别为二氢芥子醇(1)、二氢松柏醇(2)、咖啡酸甲酯(3)、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(4)、4-甲氧基肉桂酸(5)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(6)、柚皮素(7)、山柰酚(8)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(9)、假升麻苷A(10)、假升麻苷B(11)。结论以上11个化合物均为从柳茶中首次分离得到,其中除1,3,6化合物外,其余均为首次从鲜卑花属植物内分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the Tibetan medicine Sibiraea angustata.Methods Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used for separation,and the preparative thin-layer chromatography(PTLC)and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography(PHPLC)were used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract from Sibiraea angustata.The structure of the compound was identified according to its physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the Sibiraea angustata and identified as dihydrosinapyl alcohol(1),dihydroconiferyl alcohol(2),caffeic acid methyl ester(3),5,7-dimethoxy coumarin(4),4-methoxycinnamic acid(5),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(6),naringenin(7),kaempferol(8),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(9),sylvesteroside A(10),and sylvesteroside B(11).Conclusion The above 11 compounds are isolated from Sibiraea angustata for the first time.Except compounds 1,3 and 6,the other compounds were isolated from the genus of Sibiraea for the first time.
