Influence and Suggestions on Mixed Burning Sludge for Once-Through Boiler Operation

随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市生活污水量急剧增加。污泥作为污水处理后的附属物,对环境影响极大,而燃煤电厂污泥掺烧是处置污泥的方式之一。但掺烧污泥后,燃料成分的变化影响了直流锅炉运行工况及效率。为此,本文从安全性和经济性两方面出发,分析了运行中遇到的问题,并提出了优化措施和对策。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the amount of urban domestic sewage increases sharply.As a subsidiary product of sewage treatment,sludge has a great impact on the environment.CO combustion of sludge from coal-fired power plant is one of the disposal methods to reduce sludge.But the change of fuel composition will inevitably affect the operation condition and boiler efficiency of once through boiler.This paper analyzes the main influence of once through boiler operation from two aspects of safety and economy,and puts forward relevant optimization measures and countermeasures.
