摘要
国内的动漫产业曰益成为经济发展的新引擎。相应的国内高校近20年已经开设动画专业的达359所,但是动画相关专业就业率并不乐观。动画是技术与艺术的完美结合,科技的快速更新迭代给动漫人才培养造成了诸多障碍。此次教学改革主要采用实验法与对比法结合,定量分析法与评价体系相结合,主要以动漫产品设计专业为研究对象,限定于2—3年级两年多门课程的跟踪。通过分析14届学生近420人的实验教学,将学生分组或分班教学,进行传统教学与实验教学成果对照,以及毕业生的回访调查。按照“学赛、学用、学创”模式培养的学生在就业上显现明确差别。实验教学模式相对来说使学生在解决问题和主动创新方面更具优势,毕业后在行业内取得社会的认可度更高。比较局限的是工程性人才的培养不够,专利成果转化少之又少。
Domestic animation industry has increasingly become a new engine of economic development.Corresponding domestic universities have set up 359 animation majors in recent 20 years,but the employment rate of animation related majors is not optimistic.Animation is the perfect combination of technology and art The rapid renewal and iteration of science and technology have set many obstacles to the cultivation of animation talents.This teaching reform mainly adopts the combination of experimental method and comparison method,quantitative analysis method and evaluation system.It mainly takes the major of animation product design as the research object,and is limited to the tracking of more than two years of courses in grades 2-3.By analyzi ng the experimental teachi ng of nearly 420 students in 14 sessions,the students are divided into groups or classes,compared with the results of traditional teaching and experimental teaching,and the return visit survey of graduates.Students trained according to the mode of"learning competition,learning application and learning innovation"show a clear gap in employment.The experimental teaching mode is relatively more advantageous for students to solve problems and innovate actively.After graduation,it has a higher degree of social recog nition in the in dustry.The limitatio n is that the training of engineering talents is not eno ugh and the transformation of patent achievements is very few.
