摘要
闸室墙作为船闸通水通船的主要结构物,其施工方法是整个船闸施工的关键。随着水运行业的高速发展,船闸施工逐渐走向标准化、智能化、机械化,特别是闸室墙施工。以引江济淮工程东淝河船闸施工为背景,针对闸室墙施工采取了移动模架+高大模板工艺、闸室墙冷却水循环和智能温控体系、浮式系船柱与闸室墙同步整体浇筑方法等措施,满足了15 m高闸室墙一次成型要求,闸室墙内实外美,为类似工程实施提供借鉴。
As the main structure of ship lock,the construction method of lock chamber wall is the key of the whole ship lock construction.With the rapid development of water transportation industry,ship lock construction is gradually moving towards standardization,intelligence and mechanization,especially the construction of lock chamber wall.Based on the construction of Dongfeihe ship lock in Yangtze-to-Huaihe water diversion project,for the construction of lock chamber wall,measures such as movable formwork+tall formwork technology,cooling water circulation and intelligent temperature control system of lock chamber wall,and the synchronous integral pouring method of floating bollard and lock chamber wall are adopted for the construction of lock chamber wall,which meet the requirements of one-time forming of 15 m high lock chamber wall,which is good quality and beautiful appearance,so as to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects.
