小儿解表口服液联合外敷治疗腮腺炎的效果

Effect of Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid combined with external application in the treatment of mumps

目的探讨小儿解表口服液联合仙人掌及青黛外敷治疗儿童早期流行性腮腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月在梅州市蕉岭县人民医院儿科门诊就诊的68例早期流行性腮腺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组患儿实施利巴韦林治疗,治疗组实施小儿解表口服液联合仙人掌及青黛外敷治疗,对两组患儿的治疗效果、并发症发生率、血清淀粉酶以及尿淀粉酶水平进行比较。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的20.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶的水平比治疗前明显下降,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童早期流行性腮腺炎的治疗中,应用小儿解表口服液联合仙人掌及青黛外敷,可以提高治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid combined with the external application of cactus and indigo naturalis in the treatment of early mumps in children. Methods A total of 68 children with early mumps in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Meizhou City Jiaoling County People’s Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ribavirin,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid combined with the external application of cactus and indigo naturalis. The therapeutic effect, incidence of complications,serum amylase and urine amylase levels of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 79.41% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complication rate of the treatment group was 2.94%,lower than 20.59% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum amylase and urinary amylase in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of early mumps in children,the application of Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid combined with the external application of cactus and indigo naturalis could improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
