摘要
为满足精准控制炉顶温度、改善炉顶设备工作环境、确保炉况顺行稳定的需求,首钢股份3号高炉设计采用新型炉顶喷雾降温系统。本系统在原有管路基础上对喷枪结构、雾化喷头结构、分流柜与管道系统等进行了优化,实现了机旁控制、自动连锁、主控室远程控制,满足了炉顶温度精准控制的要求。
Design of a new top spray cooling system for No.3 BF of Shougang Group,In order to accurately control the furnace top temperature and improve the working environment of furnace top equipment,at the same time to ensure the blast furnace condition was good.The spray gun structure,atomizing nozzle structure,shunt cabinet and pipeline system are optimized Based on the original pipeline.The system meets the requirements of precise control of furnace top temperature,and realizes the local control,automatic interlock and remote control in the main control room.
