雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗溃疡上消化道出血的疗效

Efficacy of Rabeprazole Combined With Kangfuxin Liquid in Treating Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding of Ulcer

目的探讨雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗溃疡性上消化道出血的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2020年7月在本院接受治疗溃疡性上消化道出血110例患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组(55例)与对照组(55例),对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,研究组给予雷贝拉唑与康复新液联合治疗,比较两组患者症状改善时间、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果研究组腹部疼痛缓解时间(2.63±0.86)h及止血时间(23.08±12.14)h及住院时间(4.63±1.32)d比对照组(3.99±0.93)h、(31.65±10.21)h、(6.70±1.82)d短,组间差异有统计学意义(t=7.9625,P<0.05;t=4.0067,P<0.05;t=6.8281,P<0.05);研究组总有效率94.55%,相比于对照组更高(χ^(2)=6.2526,P<0.05);研究组不良反应3.64%,相比于对照组低(χ^(2)=9.3404,P<0.05);研究组无复发,对照组复发6(10.91%)例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗溃疡性上消化道出血的效果显著,利于加快止血,缩短腹部疼痛缓解时间,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid on ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From February 2019 to July 2020,110 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group(55 cases)and a control group(55 cases).In the treatment of beprazole,the research group was given rabeprazole and Kangfuxin liquid combined treatment,and compared the time of symptom improvement,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Abdominal pain relief time(2.63±0.86)h,hemostasis time(23.08±12.14)h and hospitalization time(4.63±1.32)d in the study group were compared with the control group(3.99±0.93)h,(31.65±10.21)h,(6.70±1.82)d is short,which is statistically significant(t=7.9625,P<0.05;t=4.0067,P<0.05;t=6.8281,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group is 94.55%,which is higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.2526,P<0.05);study group The adverse reaction was 3.64%,which was low compared to the control group(χ^(2)=9.3404,P<0.05);the study group had no recurrence,and the control group had 6(10.91%)recurrences.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid is effective in treating ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which is beneficial to speed up hemostasis,shorten the time of abdominal pain relief,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
