摘要
竹叶青酒配制所用的药材有栀子,栀子的主要成分含黄酮类栀子素,三萜类化合物藏花素、藏花酸及α-藏红花甙元等。GB 2760-2014《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》规定了配制酒中栀子黄含量≤0.3g/kg的标准;对公司成品竹叶青和勾兑大样酒体中栀子黄的含量进行分析,对公司产品是否符合GB 2760-2014栀子黄含量的规定进行摸底。
Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,a traditional Chinese medicine herb,is used to prepare Zhuyeqing Liquor.Gardenin,Crocin,Crocetin andα-Crocetin are the main components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.Chinese Standards for Food Additives GB 2760-2014 stipulated that the crocin in formulated spirits is below 0.3g/kg.In this study,the content of the crocin in product and blending Zhuyeqing liquor was analyzed,and the content of the crocin of the products was estimated whether to conform GB 2760-2014.
