2019冠状病毒病疫情期间一线放射工作人员心理健康调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Mental Health of Frontline Radiation Workers in Shenzhen During the Epidemic of 2019 Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

目的探究2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情期间我国部分省市一线放射工作人员的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国八个省市部分医院的182名放射工作人员的心理健康进行调查,并用Excel 2016和SPSS 23.0软件进行数据录入及统计分析。结果八个省市一线放射工作人员中心理健康较差的阳性检出率为23.63%,对新冠肺炎了解程度及对疫情期间防护知识掌握程度较差的工作人员的阳性检出率明显高于了解程度及掌握程度较好的工作人员(P<0.001)。SCL-90各因子均分(除敌对因子外)均高于全国常模(P<0.05),且各因子均分随着职称级别升高而升高(除恐惧因子外),随学历升高而降低(P<0.05)。此外,接触过新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)阳性患者的工作人员心理健康状况明显差于未接触SARS-CoV-2阳性患者的工作人员(P<0.001)。结论COVID-19疫情期间放射工作人员整体健康水平较差,且与职称级别及文化程度有关。加强对COVID-19防护知识的的培训有利于提高放射工作人员的心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health status and its influencing factors of frontline radiation workers in Shenzhen during the epidemic of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)pneumonia.Methods The mental health status of 182 radiation workers in Shenzhen city were measured with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).And Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0 software were used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results The positive detection rate of poor mental health in the frontline radiation workers of Shenzhen was 23.63%.And workers with poor knowledge of 2019-nCoV pneumonia and protection during the epidemic period had significantly higher positive detection rates than those with poor corresponding knowledge(P<0.001).The average scores of all SCL-90 factors(except for hostility factor)were higher than the national norm(P<0.05),and increases with the level of the title rise(except for the terror factor)and the level of education decline(P<0.05).In addition,the mental health status of staff who had been exposed to patients with positive 2019-nCoV was significantly worse than those who had not been exposed to patients with positive 2019-nCoV(P<0.001).Conclusion During the epidemic of 2019-nCoV pneumonia,the overall health level of radiation workers in Shenzhen was poor,and it was related to the title and education levels.Strengthening the training on the knowledge of2019-nCoV pneumonia and protection will help improve the mental health of radiology staff.
