围术期采用快速康复护理对宫腔镜子宫手术后疼痛影响

The Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing During Perioperative Period on Pain After Hysteroscopic Uterine Surgery

目的探讨对宫腔镜子宫手术患者采用快速康复护理方式完成围术期护理后的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2017年8月—2020年4月收治的54例宫腔镜子宫手术患者,按数字奇偶法分组;快速康复护理组(27例):采用基础护理+快速康复护理方法完成围术期护理;基础护理组(27例):采用基础护理方法完成围术期护理;就组间术后指标时间、疼痛程度评分展开对比。结果快速康复护理组宫腔镜子宫手术患者下床活动时间(15.23±4.21)h、排便时间(51.27±5.45)h、排气时间(21.11±2.77)h以及住院天数(4.41±1.15)d均短于基础护理组下床活动时间(26.33±5.22)h、排便时间(68.25±6.43)h、排气时间(27.33±3.16)h以及住院天数(6.42±2.31)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.600、10.467、7.691、4.047,P<0.05);快速康复护理组宫腔镜子宫手术患者术后24 h疼痛程度评分(2.99±0.65)分、术后3 d疼痛程度评分(1.53±0.42)分均低于基础护理组术后24 h疼痛程度评分(3.77±0.93)分、术后3 d疼痛程度评分(2.15±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.572、4.254,P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理方式于围术期护理中有效应用,可使宫腔镜子宫手术患者术后指标时间获得明显缩短,并将其疼痛程度显著缓解,最终实现宫腔镜子宫手术患者有效预后。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of perioperative nursing for patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery.Methods Convenience selection 54 cases of hysteroscopic uterine surgery patients admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to April 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity;the rapid rehabilitation nursing group(27 cases):basic nursing+rapid rehabilitation nursing methods were used to complete the perioperative nursing;basic nursing group(27 cases):the basic nursing method was used to complete the perioperative nursing;the postoperative index time and pain degree scores between the groups were compared.Results The ambulation time(15.23±4.21)h,defecation time(51.27±5.45)h,exhaust time(21.11±2.77)h and hospital stay(4.41±1.15)d of patients in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were shorter than those in the basic nursing group(26.33±5.22)h and defecation time(68.25±6.43)h,exhaust time(27.33±3.16)h and hospitalization days(6.42±2.31)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.600,10.467,7.691,4.047,P<0.05).The 24 h postoperative pain score(2.99±0.65)points and 3 d postoperative pain score(1.53±0.42)points in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were lower than those in the basic nursing group(3.77±0.93)points,the pain degree score of postoperative 3 d was(2.15±0.63)points,and the difference were statistically significant(t=3.572,4.254,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing can significantly shorten the postoperative index time of patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery,and significantly relieve their pain,and finally achieve an effective prognosis for patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery.
