基于DEA模型的山东省三级综合医院运营效率分析

Analysis of Operational Efficiency of Tertiary General Hospitals in Shandong Province Based on DEA Model

运用数据包络分析法(DEA)分析比较2020年1—12月山东省55家三级综合医院的运营效率,为三级综合医院合理分配医疗资源提供理论依据。结果显示山东省三级综合医院整体运营效率低下,各医院之间存在明显的差异。山东省三级综合医院达到DEA有效的医院有11家,非DEA医院有效的医院有44家。

Using data envelopment analysis(DEA)to analyze and compare the operational efficiency of 55 tertiary general hospitals in Shandong province from January to December 2020,and provide a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of medical resources for tertiary general hospitals.The results showed that the overall operating efficiency of tertiary general hospitals in Shandong province was low,and there were obvious differences between hospitals.There were 11 tertiary general hospitals in Shandong province that had achieved DEA effectiveness,and 44 non-DEA hospitals had effective hospitals.
