摘要
目的:研究SMYD3基因在急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集2012年9月-2015年7月在本院就诊的初发AML骨髓样本87例,非肿瘤患者骨髓20例为对照样本,实时荧光定量PCR检测SMYD3基因表达水平,统计分析其与临床特征的关系。结果:初发AML的SMYD3基因表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001);将AML分为M_(3)组与非M_(3)组,M_(3)组与非M_(3)组的SMYD3基因表达水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);非M_(3)组的SMYD3基因表达水平高于M_(3)组(P<0.05),年龄大于M_(3)组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SMYD3在初发AML中呈现高表达,是一种AML相关基因,非M_(3)比M_(3)有更高的SMYD3表达水平。
Objective:To investigate the expression level of SMYD3 gene in patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and to evaluate its clinical significance.Method:A total of 87 bone marrow samples of AML patients with initial onset was collected from our hospital from September 2012 to July 2015,and 20 bone marrow samples from non-tumor patients was used as control samples.The expression level of SMYD3 gene was determined by real time quantitative PCR,and the relationship between SMYD3 gene and clinical features were analyzed.Result:The expression level of SMYD3 gene in newly diagnosed AML was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001);AML was divided into M_(3) group and non-M_(3) group,SMYD3 gene expression level of M_(3) group and non-M_(3) group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.001);the expression level of SMYD3 gene in non-M_(3) group was higher than that in M_(3) group(P<0.05),older than those of M_(3) group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SMYD3 is highly expressed in primary AML,it is an AML-related gene,non-M_(3) has higher SMYD3 expression levels than M_(3).
