摘要 针对目前气化灰渣分级效率低、综合利用率低等问题,在分析其物化特性的基础上,设计了一种以高效分级旋流器+复合分级筛的组合分级工艺,并通过试验的手段,验证了不同工艺及结构参数对气化灰渣分级效果的影响。结果表明:该组合工艺不仅分级效率高,并且还具有结构简单、占地面积小、操作方便、设备维护成本低等特点,可解决目前气化灰渣分级技术发展瓶颈,为气化灰渣实现资源化高效利用提供技术支撑。 To tackle the problems regarding low efficiency of sizing and low comprehensive utilization rate of gasification slag, a sizing process using high-efficiency classifying cyclone in combination with compound sizing screen is developed based on result of analysis of the ploysiochemical property of gasification slag. The influence on slag sizing effect produced by different sizing processes and structural parameters are brought to light through testing means. Study result shows that the proposed combined slag sizing process can not only work with a high efficiency but also offers the special merits of being simple instructure, less in occupation of floor space, easy to operate and low in maintenance cost. Application of the sizing process breaks the technical bottleneck encountered in sizing of gasification slag and provides a technical support for realizing high-efficiency resource utilization of such a material.
