摘要
随着装备质量管理水平的持续升级,“符合性质量”逐渐向“适用性质量”观念转变,但是尚缺少宏观的装备适用性质量水平定量评价技术手段。为此,首先在剖析装备适用性质量内涵的基础上,提出了以用户期望偏差度指标来科学量化装备适用性质量,并从装备全特性、全寿命、全系统的三维立体视角,构建了装备适用性质量评价指标体系;进而引入质量屋技术和层次分析法,建立了装备用户期望偏差度指标的求解流程;最后结合某型装备定型阶段宏观适用性质量定量评价要求及数据,给出了具体算例。研究结果表明,用户期望偏差度指标的提出为宏观的装备适用性质量评价和改进提供了新的技术手段。
With the continuous upgrading of equipment quality management,the quality concept is developed from"conformance quality"to"fitness quality".However,there is still a lack of quantitative techniques for macroscopic equipment fitness quality evaluation.Thus,the connotation of equipment fitness quality is firstly analyzed in this paper,and the index of users'expectation deviation is put forward to scientifically quantify the equipment fitness quality.The evaluation index system of equipment fitness quality is constructed from the three-dimensional perspective of the overall characteristics,full lifecycle and total system.Then the house of quality and the analytic hierarchy process are introduced to expound the solution of the users'expectation deviation for equipment.Finally,in combination with the quantitative evaluation requirements and data of the macro fitness quality of a certain type of equipment in the final stage,an industrial calculation example is given.The final results show that the proposed index of users'expectation deviation can provide a feasible technical method for the evaluation and improvement of the macro-fitness quality of equipment.
