幽门螺杆菌生物膜效应的研究进展及中医药干预展望

Effect of Helicobacter pylori Biofilm and Prospect of TCM Intervention

幽门螺杆菌(HP)是一种广泛存在的慢性感染致病菌,与胃癌在内的许多消化道疾病相关。近年来,HP的耐药问题需要人们寻求替代补充抗生素的新药物。HP的耐药机制与生物膜的形成有关,抑制生物膜的形成可能有助于HP的根除治疗。近期研究显示中医药能够抑制和杀灭HP,并对HP的生物膜形成具有抑制作用。介绍HP的生物膜耐药机制,并对最近中医药在治疗耐药HP、拮抗生物膜形成方面的建树进行综述,目的是为研究中医药治疗HP感染提供理论参考。

Helicobacter pylori(HP) is a widespread pathogenic bacteria which causes patients chronic infection. It is associated with many digestive diseases including gastric cancer. People must seek new medicine to replace or supplement antibiotics because of the status of antibiotic resistance of HP in recent years. Biofilm formation may play an important role in HP resistance mechanism,inhibition of biofilm formation may be conductive to the eradication of HP. Recent studies have shown that tradition Chinese medicine( TCM) may have inhibiting and killing effects on HP and its biofilm formation. This article briefly introduced the resistance mechanism of HP biofilm,and summarized the recent achievements of TCM in the treatment of antibiotic-resistant infection and inhibiting biofilm formation of HP,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for TCM in the treatment of HP infection.
