粤港澳大湾区西岸城市的新区位优势及发展战略研究

Study on New Location Advantages and Development Strategies of Cities on the West Coast of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区在引领中国经济发展、推动区域经济持续增长上发挥着重要作用。目前,粤港澳大湾区发展势头良好,但由于地理位置、交通设施、区位发展战略、产业发展战略等方面的原因,粤港澳大湾区东西两岸出现了经济发展失衡的现象。当前粤港澳大湾区西岸基础设施建设情况已经大幅改善,东岸产业和要素已经出现转移和溢出,西岸的新区位比较优势和新要素比较优势已经悄然形成,如果能够进一步深化对澳门的定位和认识,及时调整西岸的区位发展和产业发展战略,就一定能够扭转粤港澳大湾区东西两岸的经济发展不平衡现象,实现粤港澳大湾区可持续发展,为中国经济增长做出更大贡献。

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area plays an important role in leading China’s economic development and promoting sustained regional economic growth.At present,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area enjoys a good development momentum.However,due to the geographical location,transportation facilities,location development strategy,industrial development strategy and other factors,the economic development of the east and west sides of Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area is unbalanced.Currently,the infrastructure construction in the west coast of the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area has been greatly improved,industries and elements in the east coast have been transferred and spillover,and the west coast s new comparative advantages of location and elements have been quietly formed.If we can further deepen the positioning and understanding of Macao,and timely adjust the strategy of location development and industrial development in the west coast,we will be able to reverse the economic imbalance between the east and west sides of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,realize the sustainable development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and make greater contribution to China’s economic growth.
