摘要
为了实现快速优选绿色切削工艺,提出一切削工艺绿色度评价决策模型。首先,构建了切削工艺绿色度评价指标体系及评价决策模型,并基于OWA算子对评价指标进行权重计算;其次,为解决传统TOPSIS法在求解模型问题中存在的鲁棒性差的问题,基于MULTIMOORA法对所建立的切削工艺绿色度评价决策模型进行求解;最后,以某航空企业的叶片加工工艺优选为例进行实例验证。实例应用表明,所建立的评价决策模型实用性较强,采用的模型求解方法鲁棒性好,为制造企业工艺人员优选绿色工艺提供了一种新的思路。
In order to select the green cutting process quickly,the green degree evaluation model of cutting process was proposed.Firstly,a general evaluation index system and the evaluation model for green degree evaluation of cutting process were set up and the weight of each index was calculated by using the OWA operator.Then,the evaluation model was calculated based on MULTIMOORA in order to solve the poor robustness problem of classical TOPSIS.Finally,the evaluation model was applied to select the right engine blade green cutting process for an aviation enterprise.The results show that the proposed evaluation model is practical and the solving method is robust.The proposed model provides a new train of thought for optimization selection of green cutting process for technologist of manufacturing enterprises.
