摘要
为制备优良的30%丙硫菌唑可分散油悬浮剂,通过对分散介质和表面活性剂种类、有机膨润土使用量进行筛选,对热贮悬浮率和热贮原药分解率进行检测,最终确定最佳制剂配方为:30%丙硫菌唑、10%农乳602#、5%EL-10、1%3472B、0.4%有机膨润土、3%气相白炭黑、溶剂油S-150∶甲酸甲酯=1∶5补足100 g。制剂冷热贮悬浮率高于95%,热贮分解率低于3.5%,各项指标均符合油悬浮剂标准。通过田间试验表明,该产品对小麦赤霉病防治率达90%以上,同时增产效果明显。
To prepare an excellent prothioconazole 30%oil dispersion,the solvents,and surfactants and the amount of organic bentonite used were screened,suspension rate and decomposition rate of the active ingredient after thermal storage were determined.The final formulation consists of 30%prothioconazole,10%602,5%EL-10,1%3472B,0.4%organic bentonite,3%silica,solvent naphtha S-150:methyl oleate=1:5 to 100 g.The thermal storage and suspension rate of the preparation is higher than 95%,the decomposition rate of the prothioconazole is lower than 3.5%,and all the indicators are in line with the OD standard.Field tests show that the product has a control rate of over 90%against wheat scab,while the effect of increasing production is obvious.
